You can definitely feel the care and attention that’s gone into building the Oon Lee Bungalows resort – under French-Thai management, each bungalow is spacious, solidly built and in good repair.
The main dining and relaxing area is a lovely spot to look out from the cliffside over the ocean, and a beautifully kept garden runs down to Ting Rai Beach alongside the stairs to get down there. The beach is quite rocky directly in front of Oon Lee and the other resorts at the far north of the beach – a scramble over the rocks heading south brings you to the beautiful sand in front of Koh Jum Resort and Ting Rai Bay Resort.
