Freedom Bungalows is a very chilled out, rasta-influenced beach hut resort at the south eastern end of the island. There are some amazing tree houses located here
A cheerful vibe carries throughout Freedom Bungalows which is sits right on Freedom Beach all on its own without another resort in sight. You travel down a sandy track about a kilometre from the main Koh Jum village but it feels like you’re in a world of your own when you arrive at Freedom.
It’s the classic beach place to come, chill out on the beach and do nothing with very few other people around to disturb you. Some of the tree houses here are quite incredible – although maybe a bit difficult to negotiate after an enthusiastic night at the bar on the beach.
