Andaman Beach is the southern most beach on Koh Jum, a big stretch of sand continuing on directly from neighbouring Golden Pearl beach, with an interesting mix of resorts.

Continuing the big stretch of sand from the middle of Koh Jum’s west coast, Andaman Beach seamlessly connects with Golden Pearl Beach to the north and continues to the southwest tip of the island. There’s a lot of space on the beach here and it’s a popular area for families.
As with the other Koh Jum beaches, it’s perfectly placed to enjoy the Andaman sea sunsets.
Andaman Beach Accommodation
Perhaps the biggest resort on Andaman Beach is the Andaman Beach Resort, a very family-friendly place with quirky and well-kept concrete bungalows, many with family rooms, arranged near the beach.

There’s also a large beach-facing open air, yet shaded, restaurant to enjoy the seaviews.
Nearby are Woodland Lodge and Bo Daeng, both traditional Thai thatched bungalow operations.

Further down Andaman Beach there’s the well-regarded Joy Bungalow and also New Bungalow.

How To Get To Andaman Beach
Thanks to Andaman Beach’s location, it’s easy to get to any of the resorts here either by the traditional way of jumping off the Koh Lanta ferry onto the longtail boat from your chosen resort that will be waiting for you, or by coming in from Krabi by longtail boat to Mutu Pier on Koh Jum’s west coast and getting a pickup truck to drive you across the island to your resort on Andaman Beach.
